Tact is a young, driven and professional civil law notary office specialized in (cross-border) corporate law. We have been advising and guiding organizations and entrepreneurs for years on corporate law issues, transactions and restructurings.
We are the in-house notary for smaller entrepreneurs, and the legal sparring partner of the managing board and corporate lawyer for larger companies. We collaborate with other advisors, such as lawyers, tax specialists, accountants and corporate finance advisors. We provide full service solutions, think along, follow up and always aim for the maximum possible result for our clients. We do this by offering our (notarial)services at the highest level in a pragmatic and innovative manner.
You can also contact us for your family law matters, such as drawing up last wills, living wills, prenuptial agreements and cohabitation contract, but also your real estate matters such as the purchase or sale of (commercial) real estate property.
