Our reception is open from Monday to Friday from 8.45 to 17.30.

Route and parking

TACT Notaris is easy to visit by car. We have a number of parking spaces behind our building where you can park for free.

Public transport

You can also visit TACT Notaris using public transport. Our office is a 15-minute walk from Houten Station. You can also take U-OV Bus 48 heading for Houten Station and get off at the Oude Dorp stop.

Fees and administrative expenses

We apply a fee of 6% to all our invoices to cover administrative expenses. This fixed surcharge is collected to pay the costs of running our office.
From 1 August 2018, under the Notaries Clients’ Account Act we are required to pay a levy of €8.22 excluding VAT on every deed. This amount will be passed on to you.
